It's official! Our little pumpkin is a big girl. She is one today. I can't believe how fast it's gone by. Here is a current list of Charlotte's favorites:
Favorite Color: Purple
Favorite Time of Day: Bath time!!! She is all smiles every night when the water starts running!
Favorite Sport: Football, Go Pack Go!
Favorite Animal: Her doggies, Drake & Tanner
Favorite Drink: She really likes tropical juice.
Favorite type of candy: She is just like her daddy, a cookie monster!
Favorite Book: My Monster, she likes to push the button and hear it "Roar!"
Favorite Toy: Right now she is into musical toys! She likes her piano and singing into the microphone.
Favorite Fruit: Peaches
Favorite Veggie: Peas
Favorite Music: Any thing and every thing!! She loves to dance and wiggle.
Favorite Movie: Rio, she can watch it over and over and over.....
She says Dada, Mamma, Doggies, Please, No, Hello, Uh Oh and Buh Bye. She also loves to play with her blocks, stack them up high and knock them down. She laughs hysterically everytime. Our pantry is one of the highlights during playtime. She will take everything out and then re put it back in how she wants it. She's getting better at brushing her teeth and loves brushing her hair along with every one else's, including Drake's!! She likes going behind the furniture and playing peek a boo. We've been putting a blanket over the arms of the chair and the couch and she'll sit under it and play. She'll drag her blankie and toys under there like it's her fort and play the night away. She's not a big meat eater (must get that from me) however she loves ham, Canadian bacon and fish. Some of her other favorites are mac n cheese, ravioli and chicken nuggets. She now has 10 teeth!! She just got two on each side of the bottom.
She loves to go on nature walks and pick up pretty leaves, pine needles and rocks.
She's always willing to share her sandbox with her best friend Drake!!

She is so good about bed time now. Right after her bath we have quiet play time and then she has a bottle or sippy cup (still a work in progress) and we lay her in her crib. She goes to sleep all by herself. She is sleeping through the night mostly however occasionally she'll wake up from having a majorly wet diaper. We are switching to overnight diapers and hopefully that will help!
Story time before bed......and occasionally listening to the Firetruck song or the Gigglebellies sing the wheels on the bus!

This past year has been the best year of my life. I thank God everyday that he gave Matt and I such a blessing in this little girl. She has lit up my world unlike anything else. Even before Charlotte was born we have had so much love for her and
have been so amazed to watch her grow over the last 12 months. I can still
remember the night she was born, holding her in my arms and staring at her thinking that she's
just so beautiful and perfect. We are very excited to watch our little pumpkin grow over the next year!
