Memorial Day Weekend

For Memorial Day weekend we went down to Grandma & Grandpa Grandt's house in Illinios. It was so much fun on the farm!! There were baby ducks and bunnies and all sorts of animals. Charlotte got a new pool and a some new toys too! Grandma always spoils her rotten. She had such a good time meeting all the new people and experiencing new things!!
Going for a walk in the stroller my mom borrowed. It's super cushioned and lays back flat so needless to say.........

She fell asleep in it quite often!!

Friday night she had a hard time falling asleep with the nasty storms. She eventually passed out in this position! Thanks for letting us use your room Uncle Mitch! She refused to sleep in the pack and play so she once again, shared a bed with Mommy. She is a complete bed hog too. She loves to snuggle which I don't mind. She would roll right up into me and fall asleep.

The next morning we understood why she couldn't sleep. The storms were so bad the house got hit by lighting! This is right outside of the room Charlotte and I slept in. Thank goodness the house didn't set on fire!

Saturday is was super hot outside so we laid a blanket under one of the giant trees out front and played for a while.

She dug right into the basket of toys and went to town! Look how big those feet are! She's going to be a such a tall girl when she gets older.

Taking a moment to smell Mommy's favorite flowers, Peonies!!
Has her Memorial Day Crab Suit on!

Cute little Crab butt!

Baby Ducks and Bunnies.

Playing in her new pool with Mr. Turtle.

Daddy wasn't too excited about her first bikini!!

Playing in the Air Conditioned front porch! Too hot outside.

Sunday night we had a huge bonfire and Charlotte got to play with her glow necklaces!!

Three generations of amazing women!!

Grandpa loaded up the wagon with hay and pull everyone on a hayride with the tractor. Charlotte had a blast! She loved watching Grandpa on the tractor and riding behind him.
